Pak Register ("we", "us") is led by Uzair Shahid, Founder & CEO, and provides business registration and compliance consultancy services in Pakistan: company registration, trademark registration, PSW registration, AOP/partnership registration, Chamber of Commerce membership, PSEB registration, annual return filing, FBR filer status, SECP company compliance, and legal consultancy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how it's used.

What we collect

Through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email, we collect what you give us directly: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, and the service you're enquiring about. We do not collect CNIC, NTN, passport, or other sensitive identity or financial documents through this website. Those are collected securely and directly once you've formally engaged us for a specific service, through WhatsApp, email, or in person, not through the public website.

Who sees it

Enquiries are handled by Uzair Shahid and the Pak Register consulting team who work on your specific service. We don't outsource enquiry handling to third parties, and we don't sell or share your contact information for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and any retention period required by the relevant government authority (SECP, FBR, IPO-Pakistan, or others) for the service involved.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are useful and which enquiries come from where. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
