These terms govern use of the Pak Register website and the consultancy services described on it. Pak Register is led by Uzair Shahid, Founder & CEO, with a team of consultants handling client filings.

Services

Pak Register provides business registration and regulatory compliance consultancy: company registration, trademark registration, PSW registration, AOP/partnership registration, Chamber of Commerce membership, PSEB registration, annual return filing, FBR filer status, SECP company compliance, and legal consultancy. We are not a law firm providing court representation; matters requiring a licensed advocate are referred accordingly, as explained on our Legal Consultancy page.

Fees

Government fees (SECP, FBR, IPO-Pakistan, PSW, PSEB, or chamber fees) are separate from our service fee and are confirmed before any filing is made on your behalf. See Pricing.

Client responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate documents and information. Filing delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information from your side are not within our control once submitted to the relevant authority.

No guarantee of outcome

We file applications correctly and promptly, but approval timelines and outcomes (for example, trademark opposition or SECP queries) are ultimately determined by the relevant government authority, not by Pak Register.

Engagement

Work begins once you've confirmed the scope and fee for your specific service with our team, by WhatsApp, email, or in writing. These website terms are not themselves a service contract.
